Return or Replacement Policy

SCENT AWAY Refund and Replacement Policy:  

Our refund and replacement policies are simple and worry-free - If you're not 100% satisfied with your order of SCENT AWAY Cat Litter Deodorizer, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund* or replacement. Refunds are issued upon receiving the returned product or may be issued on a case by case basis at Scent Away's Support discretion. 

*Regarding monthly product subscriptions: Only the first order qualifies for a refund. Once the 2nd product ships, refunds are not available for orders that are automatically fulfilled through monthly product subscriptions. Product subscribers are responsible for managing their monthly subscriptions and can cancel orders at any time.

  3.  Provide brief description for refund
  4.  Be sure to provide your name and phone number

 

REPLACEMENT* REQUEST:

  2.  Type “REPLACEMENT REQUEST & Order #” into subject line
  3.  Provide brief description for the replacement
  4.  Include an image of damage to the product received
